Our Approach

We meet people where they are. Some people want to cut back, some want to stop, and some are not sure yet. Counseling is a place to sort that out without pressure.

Our therapists use approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, which helps people explore their own reasons for change, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which builds practical skills for handling triggers and stress.

Support for Families

Substance use affects the whole household. Family therapy and individual sessions for family members can help loved ones set healthy boundaries and communicate more openly.

We provide outpatient counseling. If a higher level of care would be a better fit, we can talk through options with you. Ottawa office: 747 E Etna Rd, Suite A, Ottawa, IL 61350. Appointments Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM. Mendota office: 901 Main St, Mendota, IL 61342. Appointments Tuesday through Thursday, 8 AM to 8 PM.
