What We Offer in Ottawa

Individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and child and adolescent counseling are all available at our Ottawa office. People come to us for many reasons, such as stress, anxiety, low mood, grief, trauma, relationship changes, substance use, or simply wanting a place to think things through.

Ottawa office: 747 E Etna Rd, Suite A, Ottawa, IL 61350. Appointments Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM. Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. The office is by appointment only, so please call (815) 993-1614 or request a call back and we will get you scheduled.

Insurance

We accept most major insurance and offer affordable self-pay options. Plans we accept include Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, Humana, and Tricare, plus many Employee Assistance Program (EAP) plans.
