If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only; services you receive as a client are covered by the consent and intake paperwork you complete with us.

The articles and information on this website are for general education. They are not medical, psychological, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed professional who knows your situation. Please do not ignore professional advice or delay getting help because of something you read here.
No therapist-client relationship
Visiting this website, calling our office to ask questions, or submitting the callback form does not create a therapist-client relationship. That relationship begins only after you have completed intake with us and both you and your therapist have agreed to begin services.
Emergencies
This website and the callback form are not monitored around the clock and are not for emergencies. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Appointments and availability
We do our best to keep information about our therapists, services, hours, and offices up to date, but it may change. Requesting a call back does not guarantee an appointment, a specific therapist, a specific office, or a particular time. We will let you know what is available when we call.
Insurance information
Any insurance plans listed on this site are a general guide. Coverage depends on your specific plan and benefits and must be verified before your first appointment. You are responsible for understanding your coverage, and any costs not covered by insurance.
Callback requests
When you submit the callback form, please give accurate information and only submit a request for yourself or for someone you are authorized to help, such as your child. You agree that we may call you at the number you provide to respond to your request. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information, and please keep health details off the form.
Using the site respectfully
Please do not misuse the website. For example, do not submit false or abusive requests, try to interfere with how the site works, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to use, or use automated tools to copy or overload the site.
